TRAINING COURSE
FOR THERAPISTS
JULY 21 - SEPTEMBER 8
course description
The stabilization processes in moments of crisis, as well as the affective, nervous and relational regulation, are all mediated by the use of resources. Identifying resources, developing new ones and recovering those lost, is an essential part of psychotherapeutic work, and especially in trauma integration work.
This course offers not only a conceptual base that allows the therapist to understand what the resources are, but also allows an approach to the different ways of working with them, in the clinical context.
At the end of the course, the participant will be able to identify and use both internal and external resources. A special emphasis will be given to the development of somatic resources, to the embodiment non-somatic resources, and relational resources,
ADDRESSED TO
Psychologists, psychotherapists, mind-body therapists, mental health and psychosocial professionals, people who work directly with trauma.
HOURLYINTENSITY
16 hours of class (8 sessions of 2 hours each) plus individual explorations and study at the participant's own pace.
